The Smooth Foxterrier was from the begining Tanjas first breed and therefor also added to the kennel when Tanja joined. This breed is really close to Tanjas heart since she grew up with them nearby as her uncle had smooths when she was a child. Tanjas first smooth was the female Bodils Flotta Lotta, born in 1991 and called Beppan. Tanja then eventually bought Sol, a promising pup from Rottriver's kennels.

Sol had one litter at kennel Faouziah's in the summer of 2005 (F. Akilles, F. Angus, F. Aragorn, F. Artemis, F. Aurora) and was then also used in breeding once at kennel Rottriver's. Sol also acted as the ever best stand-in-mom to our Pharaoh Hound f-litter as their birth mom couldn't take care of them. Sol was truly those pups life saver and our incredible hero!

Today Sol is the sweetest couch potato who loves her retired veterans-life style. But in her youth she was much more active and acctually even one year Swedens Top Winning Agility Smooth Foxterrier! She was also shown some in her youth but as she got older her ears didn't hold, so today she is fully retired. But she still follows Tanja to work a few days a week and is a favourite of many of the elderly who admire and cherish Sols loving and gentle nature. To Tanja Sol is a loyal and brave companion.
