Sweet Iris was the foundation bitch of the kennel and such a wonderful little angel. She was only bred once and produced a litter of 7, including Ch Faouziah's Akunosh - sire to our succesful b-litter. In her youth Iris were shown to great succes in the rings and gained 13 Swedish CC's before she was made up. Iris was a group placer, KC Group 1st winner (FCI group 10) and BIS placer. In her youth she were also a very eager and agile lure courser, of course with her official licens to compete.

We lost Iris in the beginning of 2009, going into her 13th year. Until the very last week Iris was still constantly wagging her tail... She aged with honour and got to stay healthy and painfree even as really old (even though she got a bit senil during that last year, mostly when it came to remembering her last meal was just minutes ago!). For a long time when answering questions about her age, if saying just "10", people often asked back "months?". Iris was trough her life a happy and friendly dog with a wonderful temperament, the sweetest and lovable you can imagine. If any dog ever growled at her, she always took up the first awailable toy and the most irresistable playface. Always a little angel!

Our sweet princess was the favourite of Annas daughter Amanda and they always stuck together. Iris was also the only one of the PH's who has ever been welcomed into Amandas room, most likely since she would never ever even consider to chew any of Amandas toys. We are truly happy to have been blessed with such a lovable little carachter who trough out her life filled ours with pure joy and warmth.
